The Pulz UL4500 is a four-channel power amplifier from the UL range of products. It is specially designed for today’s competitive multiplex environments. The robust bipolar outputcircuit combines clean power with superb dynamics and can accurately drive a variety of speaker systems.
The power supply consists of a heavy-duty high current torroidal transformer and large capacitor banks that deliver continuous power without hiccups when driving low impedance speakers. The high-power bipolar devices and the forced air-cooling ensure stable operation in typical projection booths. The topology consists largely of discrete components for longterm reliability. The modular construction facilitates field serviceability. The front panel features signal level, clipping, and protect indicators. The amplifier is fully protected against internal and external malfunctions. The UL 4500 is housed in a heavy-duty 2U rack mountable chassis. The front to back forced air-cooling facilitates direct stacking, saving valuable rack space.
