Aged 70 years, is the Founder, Promoter and Chairman of our Company. He is a science graduate. He plays a vital role in Research and Development, Product Design and Production. In 1979, he established the brand “PULZ” and in the year 1980 started manufacturing audio amplifiers and speaker systems for high end consumers and studios under this brand.
During this period, he also distributed various cinema products from international companies like Ballantyne of Omaha, USA (Projection Systems under the brand name Strong), Jos. Schneider Optische Werke GmbH (Lenses), Martin Audio Limited, U.K( Sound Systems), SIM2 BV International, Italy (Projectors), AcoustX, USA(Acoustical Measurement Systems), Gotham AG, Switzerland (Audio Cables) to name a few .
He played an important role in introducing Dolby Laboratories Inc., USA (Dolby) in India by promoting various sound formats of Dolby like Dolby SR, Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital Surround EX. Dolby’s Film Licensing Programme, Studio Certification Process, Optical Transfer Facilities, was all managed by him and he was instrumental in establishing Dolby as the dominant force in the Indian Film Industry.
He is the first from India to have THX training and THX approved calibration equipment. He is an Associate Member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and Audio Engineering Society (AES).His Key Competencies includes designing amplifiers, speaker systems, acoustical measurements and calibration for cinemas, studios and auditoriums.
Aged 45 years is the Promoter and Managing Director of the Company. He is a science graduate St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and has done a Masters in Sound Engineering and Sound Recording from Film and Television Institute (FTII), Pune. He has specialized audio video training from Dolby Laboratories, Inc, USA and SIM2 BV International, Italy.
His main areas of focus are Business and Market Development and overall administration of the Company matters.He is an Associate Member of the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) and also a member on the technical committee of International Film Festival of India (IFFI) AND National Film Development Corporation (NFDC).His Key Competencies includes designing solutions for auditoriums, cinemas and recording studios, designing and manufacturing of audio equipment, installation, calibration and maintenance of audio and projection equipment in cinemas and post production and content creation in audio.
Aged 43 years is the Non-Executive Director of the Company. She has a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Presidency College. She is an experienced qualitative market researcher with 15 years of experience. She is an accredited Unilever moderator and specializing in cognitive interview techniques. Her experience spans a number of industries including FMCG, baby care, automobile, durables, media, financial services, OTC healthcare etc.
Her area of expertise has been with FMCG brands where she has worked with companies like Hindustan Unilever, Marico, ITC, RSPL, HRI, Colgate – Palmolive etc. She has worked with renowned market research agencies such as Research International, Drishti, Whitelight and now Kantar TNS. She has high capability in handling innovation, trigger and barrier studies, consumer profiling, product development to name a few
Ms. Kanta Bokaria holds a post doctorate degree from University grant commission, post doc fellow for 5 years. She also done P.hd from B.C.K.V.V. Mohanpur, West Bengal. She was Principal investigator in various projects such as Women Scirntist Scheme- WOS- A and B granted by the department of Science & Technology, Government of India, New Delhi and UGC Women post Doc fellow granted by the University Grant Commission, government of India, New Delhi. She is in Research field for past 20 Years and also consultant in various projects.
She is Sincere, hardworking, act as a good coach and mentor to the company with 20 years of scientific research and development experience. She can play important role for improving corporate credibility and governance.
Mr. Santosh Kumar Shah is B. Com Hons from Calcutta university. He is working as an Income Tax practitioner having and experience of 30 years. He is Sincere and hardworking.
He is having good knowledge of Income Tax Law and related matters.
